RED-SPOT KING PRAWNS
The RED-SPOT KING PRAWN is easily recognised by the red spot on the third tail segment. Fished off the northern most reefs of the oceans of far north region of Queensland, the Red-spot King prawns are the most desired species of prawn from Australia and primarily exported to the high end market consumers of Japan & Malaysian markets due to their rich flavour, firm easy to peel shell and firm moist flesh.
